What We Do

ANGCC Global Capital Management has created a niche for itself when it concerns the long-term financing of infrastructure and industrial projects.

These are mainly based upon the projected cash flows of the projects rather than the balance sheets of its sponsors. It also handles EPCF contract coordination, project finance and financial monitoring of specific projects that are selected according to the stipulated parameters of the consortium.

The project financing structure involves a number of equity investors, known as ‘sponsors’ as well as a syndicate of banks or other lending institutions that provide loans for the entire operation.

In addition to the above, ANGCC Global Capital Management supports project financing vis-a-vis the extractive, transportation, telecommunications and power industries, as well as for sports and entertainment venues.

Risk identification and allocation is another key activity performed by ANGCC as part of their project development. This is essential since the projects are subject to a number of technical, environmental, economic and political risks, particularly in developing countries and emerging markets.

A Message from Nicholas J de Hartog

“It has been an honour and a privilege to be part of a concept which has developed into a trans-national, multi-national, multi-discipline group of like-minded companies, all wishing to “make a difference”.

As citizens of Earth all of us owe a duty of care to protect this precious planet and all which inhabit the same, not just for the current generation, but for all generations to come.

The ethos and mantra of the ANGCC Global Investment Consortium, the ANGCC Group of Companies and the Alrai Group of Companies is to strive to protect, to save and to help those who are less fortunate, so that they become masters of their own destinies and also learn to “pay forward” as do we.”
